Get clarity on EPR rules so you can sell without unexpected legal issues

What is EPR?
EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) is an EU policy that makes brands responsible for the recycling and waste of their products. It applies to packaging, electronics and batteries. Registering with local waste systems ensures compliance and avoids penalties across Europe.

Who Needs to Register?
Any brand selling physical products in the EU or UK must register for EPR. This includes manufacturers, exporters and online sellers. Registration ensures legal compliance and smooth market access across Europe’s main marketplaces.

questions
How long does it take to register an EPR?
